ESMF MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
Thank you for your interest in joining the Empire State Mastiff Fanciers. To join the ESMF you are required to have sponsorship
by:
a. Two (2) sponsors who are either founding ESMF Members or Members of at least (1) year;
b. In good standing;
c. and Not related to each other
Prospective members must be in good standing with the American Kennel Club
and subscribe to the purposes of this Club. By signing and submitting the application, this states the applicant agrees
to abide by the Constitution and By-laws, the Code of Ethics, and the rules of the American Kennel Club.
Upon
receipt of your application, the club Secretary will forward the application to the Board. The Board must approve the application
by an affirmative vote of at least 4 of the 7 members. Upon approval of the application, all club members will be advised
and invited to comment to the Secretary regarding the suitability of the prospective member. At the end of 30 days from member’s
notification, and no negative comments have been received, the applicant will be considered a new member. You will receive
an email notifying you of your acceptance or rejection.
Applicants for membership who have been
rejected by the Board or the Club Members may not re-apply within six months following rejection.

The following memberships are offered:
Regular $20
individuals 18 years of age or older. Regular members are
entitled to all Club privileges, to include, but not limited to, the right to vote, sponsor applicants for membership, and
hold office.
Household $35
Pair of adults, 18 years of
age or older, residing in the same household. Household members are individually entitled to all Club privileges to include,
but not limited to the right to vote and to hold office. Each of the two adults comprising the household share reduced dues
but is considered an individual for Club activities.
Junior $5
Children
of active members in good standing, aged 12 to 18. Jr. Members are not entitled to hold office nor to vote.
Once you have submitted your application please pay you dues to complete the process.
